Welcome to our website. We hope you enjoy the visit. Here we just wanted to tell you a little bit about who we are and what we do.

We began River Valley Snakes three years ago as a very small venture into reptile keeping. As the next couple of years progressed, we obtained numerous species of herps to try to get a feel for what we liked best. This included anything from pythons, boas, and colubrids, to some of the most venomous snakes on the planet.  

Because of the broadening of our horizons, we decided to change the name of our small effort from River Valley Snakes to a more appropriate River Valley Exotics. This is a much more accurate representation of what we are now trying to accomplish.
